About the Publishing House
Otterley Press was founded by Jacqueline Kalley.
Jackie has a PhD in Information Studies and has published numerous bibliographical reference works on the Southern African region. She was the Librarian of the South African Institute of International Affairs at the University of the Witwatersrand for 25 years prior to being appointed the Senior Librarian and Publications Officer at the Electoral Institute for the Sustainability of Democracy (EISA) in Johannesburg where she was responsible for the coordination and publication of journal and book production. She left to work independently in the publishing industry before opening Otterley Press.
