Otterley Press

R 100.00

A story for six to nine year olds and grownups. Written by Jackie Kalley and illustrated by Jennifer Lancaster.

There are good witches and bad. Beaky was one of the good ones. She was nicknamed when she was a little girl because of her long skinny nose. Her proper name was Rebecca Postlethwaite and she did not look at all like a witch. She was quite old with a lined face and her hair was gathered together in a huge bun. She looked just like a special grandmother.

Witches usually have black cats living with them but Beaky had a spaniel with long drooping ears and she was called Lucinda….
